Easy Assessoria Jurídica is an office specialized in Migration in Portugal and Brazil. We are also specialized in consulting on the General Data Protection Law - LGPD.

We refer to the company through the use of terms such as "website", "we", "our", "us", words such as "you", "your", and similar expressions refer to our customers, or to users of our site. By visiting and using the app, you automatically accept the conditions described below, which make up the Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Important: You are not required to give information to our app. However, without providing certain information when requested, you will not be allowed access to some features. We collect information to provide better services to all our users and it occurs as follows:
1. Collection of Personal Information
Easy Assessoria Jurídica may collect personally identifiable information, such as name, surname, email, password, telephone number, photo, CPF and data for payment purposes*.
Easy Assessoria Jurídica will use this information to process and complete your access to the app. Such data may be stored. Thus, in accordance with art. 7, item VIII of Law 12.965/2014 (Marco Civil da Internet), we may send messages.
2. Use of your personal information
Whenever you access and use our service platform, Easy Assessoria Jurídica will automatically receive and store information, including your IP address, cookie information, which will be related to the personal information you provide.
Easy Assessoria Jurídica will make your personal information available, without prior notice, only in case of: (a) applicable legislation, regulation, legal process or governmental request; (b) comply with investigation of possible violations; (c) fraud or for security; or (d) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Easy Legal Advice, our users or the public, as requested or permitted by law.
Easy Assessoria Jurídica will register the user, keeping in its system the specific records of the Transactions carried out.
The active and updated registration data of the Holder, such as, but not limited to, the full name and respective CPF or CNPJ registration number, date of birth (or incorporation, in the case of companies), residential and/or business address and number of cell phone and DDD code, in order to allow its correct identification and the amounts deposited in the Account.
All documents and information related to the registration of the Holder will remain securely in the possession of Easy Assessoria Jurídica.
The Holder authorizes Easy Assessoria Jurídica to transmit certain registration data, such as full name, CPF, e-mail address and credit card number, for payment purposes*.
Easy Assessoria Jurídica is a private company and, therefore, reserves the right, at its sole discretion and according to the parameters of registration analysis, to accept or not the adhesion of the Holder.
Easy Assessoria Jurídica reserves the right to block or cancel the Account due to the existence of evidence or identified effective illegality, in addition to registration discrepancies.
3. Sharing information with third parties
Easy Assessoria Jurídica will not transfer, rent or sell your email address. We will not share your personal information with other companies, in compliance with Law 12.965/2014, except with your express authorization or in case of a court order. We do not share credit card information with other companies, except those responsible for processing payment as required by law. We are not responsible for how third parties collect, use, protect or disclose the information you may provide them.
4. Age restriction
Easy Assessoria Jurídica was designed for over-age consumers. If you are under 18 years of age, you will not be allowed to submit your personal information to our website.
5. Security
We have physical, electronic and administrative security measures in place to protect personal data and your information. These protection measures help us to prevent fraud and unauthorized access to information, as well as to maintain data integrity. In addition, we have an Internal Security Policy so that Easy Assessoria Jurídica employees do not have access to your personal information, so that your data always remains unsecured.
6. Users rights
All rights listed below may be exercised at any time through the e-mail: foreman-easy@gmail.com with the title “at the care of the Supervisor”.
Access. The user may request information regarding what data is stored and for what purpose.
Rectification. The user may request the correction/update of some of their personal data, as it is their responsibility to always keep them up to date.
Elimination. The user may request the deletion of their personal data in the following situations: (i) when they are not necessary for the purpose for which they are used, (ii) when they no longer consent to the terms set out herein.
7. Changes to this Statement
In case of modification of these terms, in order to better serve your customers, we will post such changes to the privacy policy and we will notify you of this situation. We will also keep previous versions of this Privacy Policy on file for you to compare.
8. Data storage term
The period for which Easy Assessoria Legal keeps the collected Personal Data depends on the purpose and nature of the data processing. We will process your data for the period necessary to comply with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations, to continue to provide and improve our products and services, for risk management, for the regular exercise of rights in administrative, judicial and arbitration proceedings and for the other purposes provided for in this Privacy Policy.
9. Consent
They are consenting to access their personal data for the purpose of registration and contact.
10. Data Officer (Data Protection Law)
During the period of storage by Easy Legal Advice, there will be an exclusive person responsible for the data, pursuant to art. 41 of the Data Protection Act. This person will answer for the data, in case there is a need to present them to the competent authority.
